    I contacted Eric Medel after he provided a bid on our rental property in Sacramento, flooring. The bid was a year old. He updated and performed not only a great flooring job but fixed the sagging floor. He was so easy to work with. Recommended the flooring, completed the job in a timely manner, communicated extensively with us and provided pictures of the project. We highly recommend him.

Theres no hidden cost what is quoted is what is charged. And the work is high quality provided by upbeat and friendly people.
